Notable Changes from the Previous Year
The Onyx Package is new, including dark wheels and accents as well as a black spoiler. There are five new colours for the exterior design: cyber yellow metallic, coastal blue metallic, velocity red, black diamond tri-coat, and midnight sky metallic. Additionally, there is special 20th anniversary badging on the rockers, grilles, and animated gauge cluster.
Performance Specs
All models have the same standard engine: a 2.0L Turbocharged engine capable of 237 horsepower and a torque capacity of up to 258 lb-ft. It comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission and the fuel efficiency of this engine ranges between 7.3L/100km on highways and 10.6L/100km in urban areas.
The Premium Luxury trim offers an optional 2.7L Dual Volute Turbocharged engine as well, delivering a torque capacity of 350 lb-ft with 310 horsepower. It comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Design Elements
The new CT4 was designed for the best weight distribution based on rear-wheel-drive drivetrains. Its exterior design has superior aerodynamics for effortless and agile driving. The Lightning Package adds signature vertical lighting, LED headlamps, and turn signals. Intelux seats are standard for the Luxury and Sport models, while the Premium Luxury trim comes with leather seating. All models have an automatic dual-zone climate control system, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel.
Technology and Safety Features
There’s a 12-inch HD driver cluster available for the Premium Luxury and Sport trims. All models have a six-month subscription for SiriusXM 360L, a rear vision camera, HD radio, and a dual digital driver centre information display. Luxury features include a 14-speaker Bose Premium sound system, HD surround vision, and the Cadillac User Experience with Navigation.
This lineup is also packed with hi-tech safety features and eight airbags for all trims. Driving assists include forward distance indicator, forward collision braking, front pedestrian braking, lane changing alert, lane departure warning, and a lane keep assist.
