What Is Connected Services?
When you sign up for Connected Services, you have access to in-vehicle apps that can help you stay connected, stay up to date on the health of your vehicle, and even schedule service visits from the comfort of your smartphone. You can take advantage of the enhanced vehicle management tools, and bundle plans to get the most out of your Cadillac ownership.
What's Included With Connected Services?
The Vehicle Diagnostics feature works to keep your Cadillac's various operating systems up to date. It also receives information about the health of your vehicle. With specific plans, you can even get on-demand diagnostics by pressing the OnStar. The Cadillac Diagnostic feature can also be programmed to contact your preferred dealership when routine maintenance and service comes up so that they can contact you to schedule an appointment. With the Connected Access plan, you also have Cadillac Smart Driver, In-Vehicle App Access, and Free Mobile App Services. The in-vehicle app access allows you to download apps to your infotainment system. That way, you can listen to your favourite music and podcasts, get directions, and stay connected while out on the road.
Other plans include the Remote Access package allows you to use innovative home features such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to control the vehicle remotely and activate settings such as the climate control system start, remote start your Cadillac. To ensure that it's ready when you leave the house. Some of the other features that the Remote Access includes are the Remote Key Fob, On-Demand Diagnostics, Cadillac Smart Driver, and Vehicle Locate.

Remote Key Fob
